How does it work?

1. The CAPE Mindset Method program is comprised of 13 audio lessons, with followup activities to enhance your understanding and apply the lessons to relatable life scenarios.
2.  When you enroll, we provide you with access to the online platform where the lessons and activities are housed.
3. Each lesson is designed to be listened to twice/day for one week.  The total length of the program is 3 1/2 months.   
4. We meet for a CAPE CONNECT ZOOM weekly, to discuss lessons and provide coaching.
5.  You will have access to a private FB group, where you can connect with other like-minded individuals.
