Meditation is a practice of calming one’s body and mind. The practice of meditation helps you begin your day in the best way! You learn to relax your mind, manage your thoughts, release stress, and understand and love yourself.
2. Gratitude
What is gratitude? Why gratitude?
Gratitude simply means thanks and appreciation. Gratitude is strongly associated with greater happiness and better health. Gratitude turns a negative thought into a positive one. Being grateful for what you already have will make you happy.
3. A-Firm Belief in ME- Affirmations Activity
What are affirmations? Why affirmations?
An affirmation is anything you say or think about yourself. We want to repeat positive statements to ourselves and believe in them! Affirmations can help you overcome negative thoughts and remind you of how awesome you are.
4. Life Script
What is a Life Script? Why do a Life Script?
A Life Script is something you read or listen to everyday. It is a story about YOU. What do you love about yourself? What do you wish for yourself?
5. Vision Board
What is a Vision Board? Why do a Vision Board?
A Vision Board is usually a collection of photos and words that represent your goals and dreams. We think in pictures! Think about what brings you joy. Everything you want to be and do should be included on your Vision Board. Look at it every day to inspire you!
